Sometimes, after doing mantras, hours later, I am almost outside of my body, looking in on my experience, wondering, am I really just me? Aren't I also in my boyfriend's mind? Am I just making up that I am in a body?

And then afterward, I just enjoy doing the simple things I've done before, and seeing the magic in them.

Currently I am working with the power of chants.

I recommend the book, Healing Mantras.

My world is becoming brighter, small joys are increasing in my life, and I appreciate what I already have that much more. I truly have experienced that the only difference is that I have begun specific chants for bringing this about.
